COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
If you feel you have any grievance against another member of the club, a player, a coach/manager or committee member, then this should firstly be reported to either

Richard Douglas (Chairman) or Richard Forster (Club Secretary).

You will then be asked to provide the club with a written report, which should include:

(i) Details of what, when and where the occurrence took place.
(ii) Any witness statement and names.
(iii) Names of any others who have been treated in the same way
(iv) Details of any former complaints made about the incident, date, when and to whom made.

At this stage we would hope that it would be settled by the officers of the club committee to a
satisfactory standard to suit all parties involved. The club's management committee will sit for any hearings that are requested.

The management will have the power to:

(i) Warn as to the future conduct.
(ii) Suspend from membership.
(iii) Remove from membership.

any person found to have broken the Club's Policies and Codes of Conduct.

All parties have the right to appeal.
