| As the new season gets into swing, may I take this opportunity of thanking all our sponsors. For the blue team, Richard at Grahame Stowe Bateson Solicitors, and Ian Tuck of I.T Electrical for the kits. For the red team. Greencore Groceries for the kit, Andy Cabs and Castle Takeaway for the training jackets. I would also like to thank Peter at PDS for the water bottle sponsorship for the whole squad. With kits and training jackets costing over £600.00 per team and water bottles nearly £100.00, can I say a big THANK YOU from management, players, parents and Thorpe United for their kind sponsorship. As manager, I would further thank Nigel, Simon and Andy for their continued help this season. Behind the scenes, parents do not see what I do, other than Saturday mornings, so on a personal level, can I thank my partner, Dawn for her assistance and understanding. Can I also thank Julie Phoenix for assistance this season. I would also include John Carter in my THANK YOU’S for all his help and information that nobody sees.
